Volunteer Oak Youth Director
I am from Edenton, North Carolina, the home of the second most famous annual Peanut Festival in all of Northeastern North Carolina. I moved to Chapel Hill in 2015 for college at UNC and Durham in 2019 to study at Duke Divinity School, and have been here ever since. I live with my spouse Gwen, our dog Mia and cat Henri, and my favorite place to hang out in Durham is Joe Van Gogh Woodcroft with a friend and a latte.
One random fact that you should know about me is that I spent my high school years at an arts conservatory studying classical and jazz double bass. When I’m not at Oak Church, I love to read, make things out of wood, and spend time with friends.
